Claude’s Grilled Chicken Fajita Pizza!

fajita marinade pizza

We’re going to combine two of our Claude’s Sauces product lines to make a delicious Grilled Chicken Fajita Pizza.

Today you’ll be using our Claude’s Fajita Marinade and our Claude’s Hot & Spicy Sauce for a distinctly ‘Southwest Pizza’ flavor. This pizza will make an excellent dinner for the family full of flavor, with considerably less fat and salt that you’d normally find in a traditional pie.

You’ll also find the kids may want to lend a hand. Building a pizza is fun and this gives you a chance to use that pizza stone you’ve got tucked away in the back of the cupboard.

Here are the ingredients:

Preheat indoor grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, toss vegetables with 1/2 tsp. of Claude’s Fajita Marinade and a drizzle of olive oil to coat. Rub the remaining fajita marinade over the surface of the chicken breast.

Grilled vegetables and peppers

Place vegetables on preheated grill and grill for several minutes on each side, until the onion begins to soften, and the pepper skins begin to blister. Remove from the grill and once cooled, cut into thin slices. Place the chicken breast on the grill and cook until the juices run clear. Remove from the grill and let sit several minutes before slicing.

Preheat oven and pizza stone to 450 F.

Combine the ¼ cup of pizza sauce with the ¼ cup of Claude’s Hot & Spicy Sauce and then spread that over the prepared crust. Top with grilled chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle Pepper Jack over top. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden brown, and the cheese is bubbling.

Once the pizza is finished, remove from the oven and give it five minutes to cool enough to eat without burning the roof of your mouth.

The kids can have any side they wish, we recommend a Tank’s Bloody Mary for the adults.
