Tank’s Crock-Pot Beef Stew

  • 1 1/2 lbs Stew Meat
  • 4 Sliced Carrots
  • 1 Small Jar of Pearl Onions*
  • 3 Cups Tank's
  • 3 Tbsp Corn Starch
  • 1 Can Beef Broth
  • 2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Heat oil in large skillet and brown meat, 4 to 6 minutes. Put browned meat and all other ingredients in crock-pot. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. Serve with biscuits or French rolls.

You can substitute chopped onion in place of pearl onions.
