Claude’s Mesquite Grilled Salmon

mesquite salmon Preheat Skillet or Grill to medium heat. In a bowl mix together marinade, lime juice, brown sugar, soy sauce and vegetable oil until blended well. Place Salmon in a large resealable plastic bag with liquid mixture. Seal, and turn to coat evenly. Refrigerate until cold (at least 30 mins) Oil skillet or grill, and place salmon.


Cook salmon through (approx. 6 to 7 minutes each side)
