I moved to this area after living in Amarillo, Tx. for 30 years. My mom always used Claude's Brisket Marinade and so when I started my family, I did too. Since moving here, I had a hard time finding plain brisket. Once I got stores to carry it, the next chore has been finding a good sauce. None compare to Claude's. When we lived in Texas I used this marinade for briskets all of the time. I brought some with me to Fort Jackson and everybody I serve my brisket to thinks it's the best and I feel bad for not sharing my secret with them. Some South Carolinians even like it better than the BBQ they are used to.

My Oregon cousin told this Texas girl that her family insists on ONLY using Claude's Mesquite marinade for cooking. She can't buy it locally and special orders your products! However, I found your products in Austin! YIPPEE! Yesterday, I baked marinaded pork chops and totally agree! Before baking, I covered the marinaded meat with chopped onion and bell pepper, and the sauce. I served the meat over cooked rice, and it was scrumptious! This is EASY cooking! I was invited to a Bar-b-que, at a friends house in Thailand. Her meat so was so good, we asked her what her secret was. She said, I went to Texas and found this wonderful season salt. my son lives in las cruces and made us a brisket about 8 yrs. ago on a visit there. wow is all i could say as i pounded the table.(a table beater is the utmost lol). have tried other brisket sauces after returning home for years. on our last visit i brought back a qt. size bottle. been cooking a brisket all day for superbowl tommorrow. i think that's the reason everyone we invite always shows up. one friend says it's to die for. thanks for the best product on the market.

I recently moved to Georgia, just north of Atlanta. I was introduced to Claude's when I lived in Texas by my mother. We eat fajitas all the time and when we moved out here I looked at all the grocery stores for the fajita marinade and could NOT find it! We tried other marinades, but nothing compared. The fajitas just weren't satisfying unless they had Claude's. So, thank goodness you all have a website that I can order from now. I will never be without Claude's again. With over 30 years cookin Briskets, I have never had so many compliments. Actually most people don't compliment on what is just okay, so I can't say that I've had that many compliments. I begn using your BBQ Brisket Marinade Sauce a few months ago and I swear every single person has said, "it was the best they'd ever tasted." Well, not everyone; my neighbor's four year old "Olivia," just kept eatin and eatin, and still yet askin for more. When I have my "FishFrys," almost always over a hundred folks attend and *every* person has said "it was the best fish ever," and now I'll soon have the same said about my Brisket.
