Casa Corona Chili Colorado Con Carne

Chili Colorado Recipe


  • 3 LBS Lean Pork meat cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. Veg Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic granules or powder
  • 1 tsp onion granules or powder
  • 2 cups peeled and cubed raw potatoes
  • 2 16 oz. jars of Casa Corona Red Enchilada Sauce


In a large skillet lightly brown pork meat in oil until brown on all sides. Add all the spices to meat while browning. Add the Red Enchilada Sauce and potatoes and simmer for 20 min or until potatoes are tender. Serve with Spanish rice, refried beans and flour tortillas. Have another jar of Enchilada Sauce handy in case you want it soupier.
